In combination with the appropriate wood preservative, the impregnation processes in an autoclave with hydraulic pressure up to plus 8 atmospheres (0.8 MPa) provide maximum protection from external influences and a long service life of your material.

Impregnation with creosote oil
For impregnation with creosote oil, depending on the type of wood, the proven one-stage or two-stage impregnation process by vacuum and pressure according to the methods of Rüping and Lowry has been used for many years. This means that the service life of the wood is increased by up to 35 years.
Correctly applied, all these processes, adapted to the selected wood species, lead to an optimized, deep and even distribution of the preservative in the impregnated area.
Wood impregnated with creosote oil is maximally protected from rot, mold, insects, fungi, mildew and other microorganisms, as well as from the effects of moisture and any other atmospheric conditions.

Impregnation with Tanalith E
Tanalith E is an environmentally friendly impregnation that does not contain chromium and arsenic and is absolutely harmless to humans, animals, water and soil.
Impregnatsiya 2000 AD offers the service of impregnation with Tanalith E in a pressure autoclave of wood delivered to the client. This wood treatment product meets all modern requirements and provides effective long-term protection against rot, mold, insects, fungi, mildew and the effects of other microorganisms and destruction, even if the wooden part has been in the ground for years. The technology for impregnation with water-soluble ecological salts Tanalith E is certified and approved for use in more than 35 countries.
Tanalith E is suitable for impregnation of wooden details and structures for the construction of outdoor children’s and sports grounds, for roofs and flooring, garden buildings and fences, gazebos, pergolas, stairs, wooden houses, garden furniture and accessories, external and internal cladding of buildings, stakes for fruit plantations and many others.

At the customer’s request, a coloring agent can be added to Tanalith E in order to tint the impregnated material in the brown range.
